Hello! First of all, the experience each time that we have had our houses tented has been a great experience! Mark Petrick has been The Termite Guy I call to get quotes. He is prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. The staff at your office is experienced and has all the answers. The bags and instructions arrived as planned. The crew who did the wood work did a great job. I left paint for them and they did a great job painting them. Only issue this time was the gutters were bent up bad when they were trying to remove them from the wood so they could replace the damaged wood. My husband mentioned it to Mark and the team and they immediately straightened the gutters (as much as they could) and painted the bad spots. The roof was roughed up a little but the IRC Roofing guys came out after the tenting and replaced a few tiles and straightened others. Only concern is hopefully it won’t leak now. :) Our house on El Ciervo was done in 2008. Had some bad boards and broken tiles that they replaced and did a great job. All in all, our experience with The Termite Guy and IRC Services was excellent both times. Thank you!

The original company caved in once they knew another company was going to get us what we needed as far as the clearance. Dear Scott, We recently sold our home at San Lorenzo Ave, Santa Ana, CA. The Termite Guy arranged the tenting and termite damage repair. I didn't have an opportunity in the rush of the sale and moving to let you know what a good job your crews did. One of the selling points of house was it's extensive landscaping, and we hoped to preserve as much as possible as the buyers bought with the landscaping in mind. I spoke with the head of your tenting crew about avoiding the plantings immediately around the house as much possible. He took the extra time to tent around some plantings that he had originally intended to tent. The guys doing the repair did a fine job, but I particularly wanted to thank them and you for the job they did on one of the posts that supports a backyard patio cover. The post that needed replacing was completely wrapped in a years old passion flower vine. Cutting it off to replace the post would have killed all the vines covering the patio structure, and would have required years to regrow. When I explained this, they figured out a way to trim the vine so they could get at the post, cut the old post into pieces and slipped it out from between the vines and out the top of the structure. They then cut and painted the new post and slipped it down from the top and into the wrapping of vines. You couldn't tell, except for some pruning, that the post hadn't always been wrapped by the vine. Although we had some expected die off of plantings in that area, both we and the buyers were very pleased that The Termite Guy crew's amazingly detailed work saved many years of landscaping design. Please thank them for me.

Kristen, I wanted to thank you for the outstanding job you did preparing and organizing our neighborhood (Highland Park) for fumigation last month. I was totally overwhelmed at the thought, as I am a single mom with a demanding job and I couldn’t imagine how I could possibly get ready. You took command of the information meeting like a pro and alleviated all of my concerns.
